Return Window

• Non-Custom Items: We offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom items.
• Custom Items: Custom items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

Faulty Custom Items

• If a custom item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection before a refund is processed.
• We will always aim to resolve issues with a replacement where possible.
