Shipping policy

We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below for details:

Dispatch Times

• Non-Custom Items: Orders received by midday (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after midday will be dispatched the next working day.
• Custom Items: Custom orders may take up to5-7 working days to process, depending on the level of communication between the customer and our design team.

Shipping Options & Costs

We use Royal Mail for all shipments and offer the following services:

• Tracked 24: £5 (1 business day)
• Tracked 48: £6 (2 business days)
• Next Day by 1PM: £10

If you have a courier preference, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and any relevant fees will be communicated and agreed upon before shipment.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
